How will I know my order was received?
After your order is received, a Girl Scout Order email Confirmation Notice with your Girl Scout customer number and an invoice number will be sent to you.  Any back-ordered items will be identified in the e-mail.  If you have any additional questions, the Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana, Inc. Methods of Payment
Cash and credit vouchers are not accepted online. GSSI does accept the following:

  • Check
  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • American Express                                              
  • Discover
  • Cookie Dough

 

If your credit card will not process, check the card number, expiration date, and billing name and address you entered.  They must match your credit card statement exactly. Refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

 

How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?
Items will be processed as soon as they become available.  It may take several days or several weeks.

 

Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?
Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available.  You will be charged for shipping one time, upfront, for the entire order.

 

When will my order arrive?

Which shipping carriers does Katie’s Korner Council Shop use?
Carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). The carrier is determined by the customer’s shipping address and is at the discretion of GSSI. 

 

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated from current USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex rates, based on the order’s total weight, the ZIP code from which the order was placed, and shipping (destination) address.  Purchaser may choose a shipping method or pick up in store.

 

Return and exchange policy
Subject to the requirements below, merchandise can be exchanged/returned in person or by mail within thirty (30) days after the date the order is shipped by GSSI and must be accompanied by the original receipt.  If the amount of the returned merchandise is under $25.00 ,a store credit will be issued.  If the returned merchandise amount exceeds $25.01, a check for the amount of the return will be issued to the purchaser within 2 weeks after the date the return is processed by GSSI.  The following applies to all merchandise that GSSI is requested to exchange/return.

 

• Returned goods must be in the original packaging, with labels and tags still attached.
• Goods must be returned within thirty (30) days after the date the order is shipped by GSSI.
• All merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and a note outlining the reason for return.
• No refund will be issued for merchandise purchased as “Sale Items”, “Special Offers”, “Clearance”, “Discounted” or “Discontinued” .
• Merchandise being returned/exchanged must be in new condition, unused, unmarked, and odor free.
• Costs incurred in mailing the returned items are not refundable.
